INTERNATIONAL ORDER and SHIPPING

International customers are welcome! We will be happy to ship your order to any country and we accept Credit Cards and wire transfers from all countries. Items sent to any address outside the Taiwan are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

International orders are subject to customs and duties fees. Please contact the carrier for import duty and tax rates. We offer FedEx International Economy to the countries/areas (ASEAN, South Korea, Japan, HK, Macau) for a fee at $79, the countries/areas (India, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, EU…) for a fee at $99.

International Shipping

•  Orders must be paid with credit card or bank wire transfer.
• International shipping is $79 or $99 per item depending on country.
• Customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes the country shipping to may charge.
• Any issue with shipping may take as long as 45 days to resolve.
• Customer is responsible for retrieving any package not released by local customs ministry.

Our preferable method of shipping is via FedEx International Economy. We are also able to ship via Express Mail Service (EMS). All packages are shipped in a well-secured box. All watches shipped are insured for the full value which covers against loss, theft or damage in transit.

International shipping usually takes 2 – 5 business days to most of the Western and developed countries. Shipping to Eastern Europe, Russia and some other countries may take longer. We declare the value of each and every package for insurance and customs. We cannot claim that the package is a gift or has a lower value.

Shipping Information

• We ship to all major destinations in the world. Your watch is carefully and securely packed in the watch box. The watch box is further secured in a strong non-collapsing cardboard box with layers of impact-proof bubble wrap before shipping.
• Under certain circumstances, due to the volume of orders we receive or due to the item being a non-stock item, an item will be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you by email or phone in a timely fashion to provide you the desired watch within a pre-determined, estimated time frame or help you find another item. If you have already been charged, but the item is no longer in stock, please be assured that we will refund the full amount charged. Refunds will be issued by the same method as the original payment.
• Our processing time for both the shipping options is 1-2 days. A tracking reference for the package will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
• Note to buyers from Brazil, Russia : Due to clearance issues and delays, we might send your item by EMS.
• Please note that customs taxes / import duties are not included in our price. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for any customs taxes or import duties imposed by the customs of the buyer’s country.
• FedEx will require a signature to release the package so please have someone available at your shipping address to do so.
